Maybe the landscape fabric is making a difference. The corn has started to sprout thru the
fabric...but Jeff had to soak the fabric before
the sprouts peeked out and we had to 'help' them find the holes! But the potatoes in the tubs are doing well! They have been hilled a couple of times...in this case that means Jeff's added soil to the boxes. When the tubs are full of soil, the potatoes are on their own!
Look at the size of that tomato! And it's only the end of June! And let's not forget the greenhouse. The beans have sprouted in their bucket on the gutter system!
In the meantime, I've become The Mad Hatter. My display in the shop was really in need. All the baseball had sold, so this week I concentrated on knitting hats and ended
up with 10 hats that I took down Sunday. The display looked a lot better afterwards. Today I started doing baby socks. These are called Crazy Sox because they're done with self-striping yarn and the 2 socks don't match exactly. Hope to have a half dozen to take down on Friday.
